The aim of Dip-Pack is to:

• Process your trophies according to an internationally accepted standard.

• Professionally pack your trophies in custom-built crates.

• Arrange all transport and shipping to ensure that the consignment reaches you in the shortest possible time.

All Dip-Pack requires is the name of the client, the name of the hunting outfitter or professional hunter (PH) who will be conducting the hunt and the hunt itinerary. We then contact the outfitter and liaise with him throughout, ensuring that your trophies receive prompt attention.

Collection of Trophies

When collecting trophies, we make use of a courier service. The cost incurred will depend on the size of the consignment and is for the client's account.

We check the quality of the field preparation and advise the outfitter accordingly, should there be any problems.

Dipping

Full raw preparation is done according to US and EU specifications. Our dipping facilities have been approved and certified by the South African Department of Agriculture, including the Department of Veterinary Services, as being of international standard.

Documentation

We endeavor to keep up to date with the legal requirements and documentation required by various countries for the importing of trophies. Our international network of contacts is invaluable in this. We do however advise all clients to contact their local dept. of Fish and Wildlife to ensure the animals to be hunted will be allowed entry into their country. We apply for all export permits, including CITES if required, and all veterinary export certificates.

Packing

For the packing of trophies, we make use of a professional company, whose sole business is packaging. Again, the regulations for packaging of trophies stipulated by various countries and airlines are adhered to. Made from wood and plywood, the sturdy crates are custom-built for each consignment. All, packaging conforms to ISPM 15 packing regulations, copy of stamp below.

AFFILIATED AND COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

Curios

In addition to hunting trophies, we pack and ship clients' curios. Where we dip and pack trophies for a client who also has curios that he wants exported under separate consignment, the documentation fees for the curios are waived. This service affords our clients the freedom to purchase gifts, knowing they can get them home safely.

Leather Goods

We are also associated with a leather goods manufacturer and pack and ship leather goods, from wallets to jackets, gun-bags or briefcases, whether these are made to order from skins hunted by the client or purchased off the shelf.
