Processing Fee
Cost of dipping, per animal, regardless of specie and number of trophy parts:

Administration Fees
Documentation for up to 3 animals per client
Documentation for 4 and more animals per client.
Permit application fee per CITES animal
Permit Application fee for plains game per province hunted
Where Dip-Pack is requested to provide a shipping service only, a minimum documentation fee will be charged per consignment

State Vet fee. Per consignment

Microchip Fee for certain CITES animals Lion, Leopard, Elephant

Shipping Costs
Packing costs are added to the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the volumetric weight and the destination of the consignment and will be billed separately by our shipping division.
Payment terms:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Traveller’s cheques or cash.

Full payment is required within 30 days from date of invoice. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
